I have been a regular customer since 2023, and recently my experience has become inconsistent. I feel management needs to pay serious attention to staffing and service quality. There is a newer female staff member working late nights who often appears extremely tired and, at times, seems to be dozing off. On several occasions I was told the hotel was fully booked late at night, but the next morning the front desk confirmed it was not. This has been confusing and disappointing as a repeat guest. Stayed at westSpring inn for the night. The room was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the staff was polite and helpful. Good value for the price.
