We originally took our vehicle here to get our exhaust fixed. We had a pleasurable experience therefore when we need more maintenance done on our car we took it back thinking we would be loyal customers. Our second experience made me regret doing any sort of business with them. We had about three thousand dollars to spend to get our **** infinity qx4 fixed up in better condition especially with it only having ***** miles on it. So as you were piecing all of your" facts" together so you don't look bad. You failed to mention that the original phone call that was made to us as to what needed to be done was not supported but any actual evidence considering even your staff said it themselves. The ***** originally asked you to check those three things while doing the diagnostic because he thought there may have been an issue. Hello We addressed and repaired your original complaint. Electrical issue.Your issue was repaired and a Combination Switch was replaced $129.99 When we originally received a call from ************** it was for an issue with his parking lights staying on. You had to physically disconnect the battery or it would drain your battery and you would not be able to start your car the next day. ***** had two other concerns one was his EGR valve and the other being an issue with his leaf spring.
