Excellent Care at West Side Women's Wonderful Care at West Side Women's. The staff and physicians are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I experienced a minor infertility issue. The physician diagnosed it immediately and responded to me with test results within 48 hours. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
How are they still in business? I was a patient of Westside Womens Care during My First pregnancy and had horrible care. My hypertension was not treated, my concerns were ignored, and they rushed through many of my appointments without taking time to really listen to My questions. My baby was full term and died the last week of my pregnancy. I went to a grief class with two other women that lost their babies and were patients of WWC! I definately would not recomend anyone to WWC.
LOVE THIS PRACTICE!!! I recieved nothing but the best service with my pregnancy and i was nervous seeing as it was my first. I saw the midwives and ended up having a dr do the csection but my midwife was there the whole time! I would definatley go back! They are all respectful and listen to any concerns and thoughts you have. I have to say the nurses are great too, they were patient and answered all my questions whenever i called in. Great Care at Westside Women's Care I had not been a patient of Westside Women's Care prior to this last year. My family practice doctor found an abnormality in some regular testing and recommended I go to Westside for follow up. In the end, it turned out that I needed surgery. Further testing confirmed this and within hours I was contacted to set up surgery. Aweful customer service I have had several visits at both locations to seek answers on fertility concerns my husband and I had. I was horrified by the lack of follow through and customer service I experienced. Doctors did not provide follow through on test results, office staff did not introduce themeselves or explain procedures when asked direct questions. During appointments, long wait times with no explaination or even related staff avail to answer questions related to appointment follw through. A terrible experience thro... read more
I think they rock! I do not know what happened to the one lady who received poor service- Westside Women's Care is awesome. I call and they return my calls within the hour if not sooner. The docs and midwives are wonderful at both the Arvada and the Wheat Ridge location and treat me with such respect and care.... at my delivery, I overcame my bias of not having a male OB/GYN.... Dr. Saunders is awesome!
Poor Office Service Office is inflexible and will not take messages for doctors. I tried to leave a message for a doctor on a Friday and was told to call back on Tuesday. Doctors and their office personnel are not the only ones with busy lives. I shudder to think what would happen in the event of an emergency.
Wonderful baby doctor! All three of my chidren were delivered by Westside Women's care. I had pregnancy complication with each child and they were helpful, friendly, and took my complaints seriously. The best part is during the workday I could speak with a nurse any time, and outside the workday a doctor was a phone call away. I would trust nobody else.
A great place for pregnate wemon! THIS PLACE IS AWSOME DUDE.no long waits dude, and my babys, awsome man! this place rocks hard and is top shape man, awsome care, they care very much dude and the midwives ROCK HARD!
