I am dying because of the reception desk. They do not know how to work. To get a result, I have to talk with doctor. then why did u tell me, when you wanna get a result, call us. Ik it's because of doctor wanna get more money, but Other walk-in they tell to patient at least something is wrong or not. Also even if I did the test, always something goes wrong. I have to retest. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Babak Sharifian. He is extremely kind, patient, and attentive. I truly appreciate his professionalism and caring approach—he makes you feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommend!
The doctors and staff at this clinic are warm, friendly, and welcoming. The doctors seem experienced, and I always feel confident in their care. The clinic is often very busy with long wait times, bit the quality is worth the wait. My main concern is with the waiting room chairs. They are cloth, visibly soiled, and very difficult to keep clean in a healthcare setting. Cloth can absorb spills and germs, and in a busy medical environment this doesn’t feel very hygienic I would strongly recommend that the clinic consider replac... read more
