Every person who I encountered was pleasant and friendly. Everyone had a smile on their faces. The facility is nice, clean, and without odor. The residents appeared to be well cared for. The ambiance is great! This speaks volumes!
The admissions lady I worked with was excellent.
I initially had a slight problem getting my Dad into Westside Village. They went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue immediately. The Director even called me, twice, on a Saturday, to speak to me personally. The facility is the prettiest and cleanest I've ever seen and the staff is very friendly and professional. My father is in good hands!!!
Very lovely experience. Staff very friendly and professional. And speaking with Ms Vickie is always pleasant.
