I totally disagree with the previous comment.. some tenants are just too much for these apartment's the new owner is trying to make it a livable place and has assigned as a manager a woman who is very capable of doing her job and doing it right. Some old tenants were just not happy with the new and well made changes ") and I can say this because I myself have been living in these apartments nearly ten years and it is nowhere close to how it used to be.
This manager used to be tenant is charging everyone different prices and its not because of their housing size so if you see these apartments run.beware of the devil wears prada
