State College has lots of options for rent, some better than others. Whatever you do exhaust every possible option before renting from this place. (I WAS OFFERED FINANCIAL COMPENSATION BY WESTSIDE VILLAGE TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW) UPDATE: During the move out process I experienced a medical emergency and was an hour late returning my keys. Westside Village tried to charge me a late fee before offering to waive said fee in exchange for me taking down this review. So take even these reviews with a grain of salt.
My daughter lived in this apartment for 3 years while she was a student at Penn State. Apartment checked all the boxes for what she was looking for. It was within walking distance to her classes , it had parking ( for a fee ) and she would have her own bedroom and bathroom . She enjoyed her time there , girls that work in the office are wonderful and maintenance always responded very well to minor issues .
