Karina was an excellent help over the three years I was with the property. Maintenance was friendly and timely
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication for one. Lived in their house where rent was always paid on time and we kept meticulous care of the place. Had multiple problems with issues that were out of our control and they were not reasonable whatsoever. They withheld our security deposit for “cleaning services” and a withstanding INCORRECT water bill (We used the company they recommended for cleaning and provided the receipt).
