I have been renting from westside village for 6 months now. Their apartments are top notch. I have also received this feedback from others in the same neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained, have good amenities and are really nice to live in. The location of westside village apartments is very convenient. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. I lived in a house owned by Westside Property Management for a year and their team was good! They were responsive with maintenance requests and very easy to deal with when asking any questions and resolving any issues there may be. Their maintenance team were extremely nice and timely while their in office staff were the same. Would recommend renting a home/apartment from them for anyone coming straight out of dorm life looking to move downtown.

Westside Village Apartments offers a fantastic living experience with its well-maintained facilities and convenient location providing easy access to essential amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful yet vibrant, making it a pleasant place to reside. The staff, especially Kina, is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any concerns. Overall, it's been a positive experience living here!
