Worst urgent care I've ever been too . Got there at 730 and the nurse didn't start takin anyone's vitals until after 815 . Why open at 7 if nobodys coming out for an hour. Then I believe it was a lady named Mercedes who did the vitals on my wife and was extremely rude and unhelpful,she got mad at me for answering for my pregnant wife who's been sick for a week straight, she barely had energy to stay awake. Tamara hilvers will be rescheduling your appointments for no apparent reason after already set and if your late by 2 minutes because their incompetent front desk employees take to long just chatting among each others instead of attending you they will reschedule you again. I will be filing a formal complaint against this provider.
