had a disappointing experience with Kailey Waring. As she is currently a Psychological Associate still accruing supervised hours for licensure, I expected a level of professional oversight that was unfortunately missing. I found her clinical process to be unhelpful, but the primary issue is a lack of billing integrity. Despite providing notice well over 24 hours in advance—fully adhering to the practice's cancellation policy—my card was still charged.
