I highly recommend Shannon and her team and trust them implicitly. They work expertly with anxiety, trauma, and relationships, using effective methods, such as EMDR, while remaining relationally focused and attuned. Truly an amazing group of therapists each with unique approaches, styles, and specialities. Not to mention the coziest office space if you are looking for in-person services! I highly recommend working with Westside Therapy Collective.
