If I could give less than 1 star I would. Wasn’t told second medically necessary surgery would never be scheduled due to operation room shortages and staffing shortages. They are only in it for the money and don’t care a bit about patient care or outcomes. Stay away.
Google Maps has the location of this place completely wrong! On the business can ask for it to be updated so beware.
Great experience here. Staff is very nice, facility is modern, and cataract surgery by Dr Lam was a breeze.
They Cancelled my mom’s cataracts removal surgery appointments for unknown reasons. They never called us to notify or reschedule and it’s very hard to get hold of the scheduler coordinator Amber. She doesn't respond to calls. Also, some receptionist ladies are most of the time in a bad mood.
