In office (North Platte) personnel are great. However when Heartland took over, they now require insurance or will charge $15 per unit each month. I had my insurance company send proof of insurance (3 times I think). So when I paid rent in June they charged me $15 × 2 units. It has not been returned to me with interest yet. The jury is still out, but at the moment 2 1/2 stars is rating.
So now it's called heartland storage are you the same people from north platte storage or it's a complete change ?
