My storage was broken into once and there was a hole in the unit top
Seems secure. People running it are very nice.
No complaints with the persons I've spoken to on the phone and enrolling me on auto pay so no issues. There needs to be an active employee monitoring the facility though. I would be willing to clean up amd clear debris left trash taken care of etcetera. Contact me if you need a person to do that.
Units are secured ,I like the entering times to to my unit to ensure that my belongings are safe!
