West Side Service, James, and Aaron have been my preferred mechanics—and the preferred mechanics of nearly all of my friends—for the past 20 years. West Side of staff are knowledgable and excellent communicators. They are honest and reliable. They will not simply throw parts at a problem, but will research and diagnose and fix only what is wrong. They keep my older cars running safely, and tell you when it is time to start looking for a replacement. Over the years, west Side Service Center has saved me thousands!
The worst experience for me , I brought my van to fix minor issues and the owner deliberately destroyed the engines.
Always a good experience. They take care of my car and give good feedback on what needs to be fixed and what we can work on later.
James was so kind and helpful to us. Communication was clear regarding timing, pricing, and what was being done. I also really loved their virtual payment option and key box for pick up. It made it really easy to get our repairs done on our timeline. Excellent service all around!
