I rented the most expensive and largest pontoon that they offered as well as 3 jet skis, looking forward to a fun filled, luxurious day on the water with my family. The pontoon and jet skis were all old and worn, nothing at all like the pictures that are shown on the website!! Had to wait quite some time to get towed in since there was only one employee there for three tows. Boat wouldn't restart after 3 hours of use. Tried following some jiggling instructions by the employee over the phone, but NOTHING! DEAD! We were told to wait an hour to be towed or use the jet skis we rented to tow the dead boat in. Spent over an hour towing the boat. What a day!! What a disappointment! When I contacted Guy for a refund and apology, he told me it was our error that the boat didn't start. How much skill does it take to put the throttle up and turn the key?!?! He kept on blaming us for all the issues, terrible customer service!
