I was looking for a place to lease a while ago. I submitted an application, and it was under review for about a month, which is crazy. That's such a long time to keep an application under review. Then they said they had sent the decision to my email, but I never received it. __ To the company's comment - yes you can't find me in your system because my legal name is different

Great property managers!! We love our apartment & whenever an issue comes up, the team at Westside Property Management is quick to respond & resolve the issue. Recently, our AC needed to be fixed (especially before the summer). We reached out & within a week it was back up & working. In all their correspondences they've been kind & helpful, unlike larger property management firms. Can't recommend them enough!
I really appreciated how quickly this was addressed. And I always appreciate how professional, friendly and considerate the plumbers are; great guys!
