Amazing quality!
Avoid this company and their properties like the plague. Truly the worst property management company I have ever dealt with and that’s saying something. In the 9 months since I’ve moved in, I have had property stolen from the “secure” garage on three separate occasions. Additionally, my neighbors car and motorcycle were stolen. The company does not care, they don’t even respond to complaints or follow up. Went to view a place there: 0 instructions on how to get into the building or how to access the so called “lockbox”. Tried calling 2 different numbers of theirs and nobody answered. Not sure how you can communicate that badly.
