The worst rental experience of my life. 4 building managers in two years, tenant covers cost of all utilities and repairs, only remote communication with management. Constantly get the run- around as a tenant, expect them to screw you in every possible situation.
This company deserves 0 stars; 3 months in with no solution to a problem Westside themselves created. I am a tenant on one of the properties they "manage". They ordered to have our front yard fence removed without alerting us. I assumed they would replace the fence seeing as we rented our unit with a yard for our dog. A week goes by. I call to ask about the fence. The property manager informs me there NEVER WAS A FENCE THERE. I provide photo evidence (before and after removal). My experience with Westside Property Management has been very disappointing. At move-in, no inspection form was provided, and the unit had multiple pre-existing deficiencies (washer, bathroom, flooring, etc.). When ownership changed, I was told directly by their representative that my security deposit would be returned without issue. Since then, communication has been inconsistent, unprofessional, and at times hostile.
