Enjoyable visit. Searching the model homes in the area. The two models are laid nicely. Early in the search. Looking for what fits our family best.
Watch this company. They gave us a price for a house, we accepted and paid earnest money. They then came back with a counter offer against the offer They provided increasing the house cost by $13k. This company apparently likes to pull bait and switch. Spend your money with a more honest company. If this happens to you we recommend legal action, file complaints with your district attorney and with the state AG. That's what we did.
