Our water heater wasn’t working. I had 3 other companies out that gave me estimates and kept pushing to replace my water heater. Chris worked me into his schedule, noticed a small reset switch had turn off. He cleaned the switch and all around the water heater. A quick fix that no one else even mentioned. He’s a really nice, honest guy running his own business. We will definitely use him again!
Chris repaired an old kitchen valve. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and did a great job! He even noticed some broken plastic pieces from the old valve that was blocking water pressure to the kitchen faucet. He cleaned those out too. Great guy! I will be using him in the future for any plumbing projects.
We reached out to Chris when our water heater went defunct unexpectedly. When I reached out, he was extremely communicative and flexible with scheduling an appointment. And after the walk through, he was able to offer a competitive price. He was very respectful and prompt, and I will be working with him for future repairs!
Chris goes above and beyond. He’s been our plumber since we moved into our house three years ago and has done a very wide range of work for us, including connecting a bidet seat, replacing corroded water lines and our sewer output valve, and installing a new water heater, whole house filter and RO machine. He’s one of those contractors you can leave to do their business efficiently and effectively. Hire him!!
