was horrible service. was to much in a hurry to get me off the phone when I ordered I first ordered my pizza I asked for the death by then tried to hurry me off the phone i wasn't even done ordering so i told i also wanted a chicken bacon ranch and a thing of bread stick the guy seemed annoyed. told me the price and played then an hour and 15 mins they came and I only got one of the pizzas and the break stick I didnt get my death by got lucky they only charged me for the ranch and bread sticks.when I called to them what happ... read more
RecommendedThey opened early to make 14 pizzas for our wedding! Great service and attitude! Delicious food. I was so happy with the experience, and so thankful! They even sent a note to congratulate us!
best pizza around this area for miles best customer service I have seen in any pizza place. keep up the good work
they refused to give me correct change because they didn't have any $10 bills. I ordered large pizzas and they put medium pizzas in large boxes. I went back the next day to get my change but they would not make my pizza order reflect what I actually received because I didn't rake pictures!
Westside has Really gone Down Hill Since Moving From Main Street!
pizza was over an hr late and cold. incompetent employees were very unhelpful when I called. they need to learn how to treat customers. start by discounting pizza when it takes over 2 hrs to deliver
Took 2 hrs to get our pizza and it showed up COLD. Not worth the wait or $40 for 2 cold pizzas and horrible customer service when called asking where our food was.
go to order lunch we are 8.4 miles from Westside pizza! ask the lady do you deliver to bead lake she says no has to be within 10 miles of there business. well we are I ask how come you deliver to my house that's farther away I get idk? huh sounds like they don't want business I guess! then I get told I would have to order 60-70$ worth of food then they would deliver to bead lake!
Have eaten here for years and they just change the rules our pizza we got yesterday totally sucked. They have cut back on the sauce the cheese and the toppings so basically it’s a bunch of cooked dough.
