The customer service was very rude, they said my pizza would be there in 45 minutes. A hour and a half later I call and they said they it should be there soon and hang up the phone 1hr45 mins later we got our pizza and it's not warm
RecommendedSo we had a crummy experience elsewhere in downtown last night, which ended up with us stuck without a place to eat our pizza, and a starving 3 year old. The folks at Westside very kindly let us sit on their potato, even checked on us and let us use the restroom long after they closed. Also, the tropical thunder pizza was super yummy as always.

Pizza was good, Salad was good and my driver forgot our soda and immediately went to the local gas station to replace it. Great customer service there. Keep it up guys!

Tip ! Don't order the salads! Pizza and everything else is Great ! Salad boxes aren't even half way full of greens, Not worth $6 that you could buy a head of lettuce at the grocery store with.
The pizza here is good, but the customer service for this location is lacking. Short or rude responses over the phone don't make me want to call again and I'm not in that area often to do carry out. I used to work at a pizza place where customer service was a point made in training, it's not hard to be polite.
Dislike button needed!!! The pizza is alright, I like the fresh toppings.... Thier customer service SUCKS! I always try to be polite yet it never fails....Everyone is ALWAYS so rude and very short with you when they talk to you. I am a manager at a pizza place and I am never that inconsiderate or cold to any of my customers, no matter how busy we are or how rude they are. I will never order from the Poulsbo location again because of my recent experience. I recommend Bainbridge if your in the area...
