Gurmukh came to my residence for a one time Mouse Control visit. He very quickly identified where the mice were gaining entry, sealed off those areas and set traps. He was professional and thorough and explained everything fully. Thanks for the great service.

Had an initial visit which was thorough and we loved the team! A different team returned and completed some work, the work wasn't the best but after communication with their team, they sent someone to check the work, fix the problems and addressed our concerns. I am happy to have come to a good place with them and will use them going forward for pest related problems if we need.
Overcharged, huge miscommunication error and no assistance to help rectify the situation. Was woken up to an appointment I had 0 idea about or authorization for at 8am people on my roof. Subsequently charged over 3,000 on my credit card which I did not approve either... then my neighbour came over and climbed on the roof and said they missed a ton of spots and it was not done properly. Quote was for 8 hours. They were done in 5, yet was charged more than quoted with 3 hours less work completed. I have never felt so disappoin... read more
