I contacted this company last year and had several email and phone conversations about my mice issues. They told me a price via email and on the phone and when the service was done I was charged $395 + taxes instead of $350 plus taxes. The company insisted they listened to recorded conversation and it was not said, they wouldn’t share the recording with me. So the tech came and set some traps and sealed the outside. Our experiences with this company have been totally effective. The service pros are so knowledgeable and our latest visits by Gary completely eradicated the squirrels that were getting into some roof areas. He is such an expert and so friendly. Can’t say enough positive things about this company and its staff.

This has by far has been the best experience I've had with a pest control company to date. I've now worked with 4 pest control companies in 10 months, and westside pest is light-years above the rest. If I could give 6 stars, I would. My building has had very active mice infestation since November of last year, it's been a nightmare. I wanted to get ahead of it so called in westside pest.
