Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, but the representative was very rude. Bad customer service.
West Side Peds is an excellent practice! All of the staff are caring and kind, and the children are treated with love. I am appreciative that we found them and that our children are in their care! We see Dr. Demattia, and she is a gem!
No toddler likes going to the pediatrician! Especially for those shots. This a busy place so be patient. All of the Doctors and nurses and staff are great. We recently had Dr Nicole Mann the nurse practitioner who was excellent. Michelle the manager Nieva, Sam Joanne and Anna at the front desk make it a lot less stressful! Last but not least there’s stroller parking, and the fish aquarium is a hit for the little ones !
The best. Dr DeMattia is fantastic and we couldn’t think of a better doctor for our son.
Dr Dhams Dr Goldberg and the rest of the staff are great. It gets busy with the cold season. We also like the location a few blocks from the Trader Joe’s at 93rd and Columbus
