Highly recommend all the doctors/NPs and staff here. All 3 kids follow here and everyone is so great. They go above and beyond. We really trust the care of our children here and appreciate all that they have done for our family.
This is the most professional pediatric clinic we have ever been to! From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone is kind, patient, and truly outstanding. The level of care and service is exceptional. Highly recommend!
Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, but the representative was very rude. Bad customer service.
West Side Peds is an excellent practice! All of the staff are caring and kind, and the children are treated with love. I am appreciative that we found them and that our children are in their care! We see Dr. Demattia, and she is a gem!
No toddler likes going to the pediatrician! Especially for those shots. This a busy place so be patient. All of the Doctors and nurses and staff are great. We recently had Dr Nicole Mann the nurse practitioner who was excellent. Michelle the manager Nieva, Sam Joanne and Anna at the front desk make it a lot less stressful! Last but not least there’s stroller parking, and the fish aquarium is a hit for the little ones !
