y children have been patients at Westside Pediatrics since 2009. While there have been occasional bumps along the way, Dr. Felkel has consistently provided very good care, and we’ve appreciated that over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dr. Solanki was disappointing. Today, my daughter woke up vomiting and was unable to keep fluids down, so I called the exchange. All of their physicians and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our daughter primarily sees Dr. Roberts but has also received care from Dr. Felkel. Both do a great job of making new parents feel at ease and encourage you to ask whatever questions you have. They also have an after hours line where patients can express immediate concerns to the on-call doctor who will advise the recommended next steps.
Dr. Roberts is great, spends a lot of time with her patients and makes sure all questions are answered. The front desk staff on the other hand is down right TERRIBLE, they are beyond unprofessional and rude, every single time you speak with them it gets worse, they put you on hold before you can even speak, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes got hung up on called back 3 times before I could get a person to let me speak before parking me on hold for another 15 minutes to make my sick child an appointment. 45 MINUTES ON HO... read more
