today they removed my braces. all the staff is super welcoming and supportive from the front desk to the orthodontist. one staff that especially stood out was Catalina.
This office is a joke they are charging $400 to remove a permanent retainer that is glue on the bottom teeth. I didn't even pay that amount for put it on. I explain I don't want it back on just remove. I have been a patient for 9 years they don't care.
They are great with my kids. They look forward to coming here they actually have fun, I guess it doesn't hurt that the kids have no cavities too. Dr. SMITH & KATA
Dr. Deborah Ferrer and her whole team are truly amazing!! I just finished my treatment with Dr. Deborah Ferrer and honestly, I’m going to miss this whole team.
