The most lovely and welcoming bunch of trainers, fighters and students. The owners Chelsea & Adam are extremely friendly and actually care!! Westside mandurah is such a great, comfortable, encouraging and positive atmosphere. I’ve always been some what active with netball, volleyball etc but never got into the “gym”. I now burn between 1000-1500 calories per class and the the hour flies by, I don’t want it to stop. It’s so fun!
