I want to give thanks to Rick (General Manager) along with his staff: Brandon Castro (Sales Rep), Javier (Finance Rep) and Rye (Finance Rep). They made the purchase of a new 2027 Telluride with a trade-in of a 2024 Telluride smooth and letting me leave the dealership with feeling accomplished and with a BIG smile! I had such a great experience. I was traveling and away from home when my car starting spouting fluid. We got in touch with Kevin in the Service Department and not only did he get everything rolling quickly for us, he was so calm and supportive that he immediately put me at ease. I am eternally thankful that he was working that day and would 1,000% recommend him to anyone in need of car service. Thank you Kevin for helping out a frustrated woman in her time of need, I appreciate you!
Poor company! Customer service is horrible.
0 Stars I had a very disappointing experience with the entire team, from the beginning of the process through picking up my vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster. I was planning to bring additional vehicles to them in the future, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Chuck, Darin, and manager Richard Martinez were rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this team.
