Excellent Service!! Love It! Excellent service. I was somewhat taken aback by some of the reviews but when I went to this place I found that their service department is extremely helpful and knew what was wrong. They explained me in detail what service my vehicle needed and how long would it take. My car is now performing better! Thanks!
RecommendedI would definitely recommend Westside Kia to everyone! I originally went there expecting to trade my car in but my sales guy Jalen went above and beyond! He exceeded my expectations. He understood my needs and gave me several options (keep in mind I don't have the BEST credit). In the end I was able to keep my car get a 2017 Ford Fusion. After “dealing” with various locations and getting hit with hidden over priced charges and “snake oil” extras like nitrogen, window tint, exterior paint treatments etc. I got in touch with the online staff here. I told them what we wanted and what we didn’t want and the whole sales experience was refreshingly pleasant. No pressure or “smoke and mirrors” from the sales side or financing side. Very pleased.
