NP Erica is wonderful and keeps me coming to this office. Dr. Isa was amazing during my hospital stay. It seems I’m stuck with Dr. Newton as it appears it would create a mess to switch to Dr. Isa, I have inquired about switching. Dr. Newton rushes through appointments, doesn’t explain very wells d definitely doesn’t listen to the patient.
I’ve been sick for 2 years now. Dr. Newton refuses to listen to anything I ever have to say. He won’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. NP Erica was the only thing keeping me at this office. She is extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been reaching out to the office recently as my symptoms are worsening and was told there’s nothing wrong. I worked with Dr Newton on help me with a particular scary issue I worked with Dr issa oh I learned some valuable things gastrointestinal system Dr vowhiler took care of me it gave me an endoscopy when he was on call he was just as caring. I've also had the pleasure of working with Erica the nurse practitioner Bianca the nurse practitioner and my last hospital visit Debbie I would recommend this office to anyone
Unfortunately need to leave this practice a 1 star review. Upon entering reception area there are two secretaries. One is as on the phone and the other was on her computer. We literally stood by the window for almost 5 minutes. She did it even acknowledge our presence (not the secretary on the phone) her badge said her name is Heather. Honestly, rude, and definitely not patient friendly. The office manager and physicians should be aware of who is representing their office when you arrive.
Very kind staff, everyone explains things thoroughly and is very helpful.
