Really unprofessional and disorganized business. Tommy was professional and trying to make good on his promises but his dad Dave was horrible. Tried bullying me multiple times that it wasnt their mistake and tried to charge for every little thing that Tommy previously said they would take care of. Screwed up a rear window regulator fix. Took them 3 times to fix it and ended up charging me more than a dealership all said and done. Misdiagnosed wheel bearing road noise for rear brakes. I even told them it sounded like a bearin... read more

These guys are truly amazing! They have helped me out so many times. From as simple as Locking my keys in my car while it was still running to blowing a head gasket They have always rescued me even during there family time. Yesterday being a Sunday they still were there to talk me through it. Thank you so much! Dave, Tommy and staff. I can now make it to work tonight.

Great customer service. Very knowledgable of forien and domestic higher end vehicles. Family like atmosphere. And a great way to end a really bad exspearance. We were out of town and they helped us look for hotels. Dropped us off and then picked us up when the car was completed. I cant even exspress in words how thankful me and my girlfriend were that the towing company reffered us to them.

My girl friend and I were driving through Grand Rapids on Wednesday and our Bmw blew a cooling fan right through the hood of our car causing serious damage to our radiator and several parts near it. Like I said we were 4 hours south of our home and to be honest no where near anyone we knew. All the staff at westside garage were above and beyound helpful. Westside Garage is one of the best shops to go to. I highly recommend it to anyone. They work with you on everything, and help you out also have the great prices on oil changes! I've been with them now for almost 4 years and I've experienced nothing but great experiences.
