I rented this unit nearly a year ago, and my vehicle has always been parked in the designated parking lot located two levels below ground. This parking area is secured and accessible only through controlled entry and monitoring. Despite this, my vehicle was stolen during early evening hours, between approximately 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
