RecommendedEveryone was so nice and helpful. Was my first visit and was extremely comfortable with everyone I met. love that they have a lab on premise.
This location is terrible. I’ve been here, the Bear and the Middletown location and this one is by far the worst. Every time I go I make an appointment and am not seen for 25+ minutes. What is the point of making an appointment?! Today I had an appointment to get help for my mental health and waited over 35 mins before canceling and leaving. Way to be there for your patients. Great health providers front office staff and they really treat you well!
It’s the most unprofessional customer service that I seen never before! Starting with the people on the front! They scheduled to my wife her appointment at 10:15, we got there 15 minutes early! It’s around two hours and she is still waiting! This is so unacceptable! If is really any person who can really care about this kind of service at this place, what are waiting for make some changes!!!

I am very upset I called this morning to schedule a sick visit for my husband and receptionist told me that they don’t have anything available until July 30th at the Bear location and this will be with the nurse practitioner not even the doctor. I request another location and they told me nothing is available until OCTOBER!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME THIS IS A SICK VISIT!! I was instructed by the receptionist to then go to a walk in urgent care! RIDICULOUS WHY I NEED A FAMILY DOCTOR THEN!!!!
