Dr Winter and Ali have been such a support to me over the years. I couldn’t have asked for a better dr in Dr Winter he’s always doing the most to help me even when I bring my grocery list of concerns. Ali is very kind too. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.
Every time I call this clinic, the younger receptionists sounds dismissive and uninterested in helping. It makes simple questions feel like an inconvenience. A medical office should provide respectful and patient communication. This has been a consistent experience, not a one-time issue. Patients deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. On top of that, I’m almost never able to speak directly with my actual family doctor and am routinely seen by interns instead.
This is one of the best clinics in the area. Their service is excellent, and they are all friendly. They were never late in providing assistance or in keeping appointments. Dr. Fatima is currently one of the best doctors I have dealt with in terms of diagnosis and assistance. She helped me a great deal and diagnosed my condition very clearly. I am very happy with my experience with her.
I’ve never been to other clinics so I can’t compare. The process can be slow, with appointment the doctors may still be delayed over 1hr to see. But the medical staff provides a positive experience. There’s one receptionist who’s very dismissive and rude compare to others though. So -1 star for that :(
Kind, compassionate, and reliable. I’m extremely lucky to have such a fantastic Doctor’s office. The staff works incredibly hard to make you feel seen, heard, and understood. The reception staff is out of this world… and are so prompt and receptive. Dr. McTavish is an especially fantastic doctor, and carries himself with patience and integrity.
