Dr. Rodriguez is a great doctor. My kids and I have been going to him for a few years. The office staff are horrible! Requal is the office manager and she has no customer service skills at all. She is very unprofessional and is rude. Lately the service has gone down hill. We have been rescheduled twice in one month just to be treated horribly by Raquel. We have found a new eye doctor, thankfully.
Doesn't care about his patients. Doesnt stand by his work. If something is done wrong he wont try to correct free of charge. He doesn't work with you to the very end, trying all available brands/options that could possibly work. He just wants todo the bare minimum and act like all of us are just complaining When really HE IS THE PROBLEM!
