West side Eyecare is a very unprofessional company! If I could rate them zero stars I would. They are located on 5101 coors Blvd NW and we saw dr Rodriguez. My son went in for an eye exam on July 3, 2023 and my son needed contacts. After waiting over a month, on August 9, 2023 we finally received his contacts and when he tried them on they were completely blurry. Very personable and professional eye care. Dr Rodriguez shows a true sense of caring for his patients and you never feel rushed. Scheduling and follow up calls are made promptly.
If you have specialty lens like Scalera...DO NOT GO HERE!!! They basically said I have to pay out of pocket...even when I had insurance that has been approved!! When I went for my eye appointment....some of the staff wanted to see my lens because they had "never ordered or seen them" and the staff did not have any of the supplies to remove my lens!!! They are not trained to handle specialty lens and my visit was a huge waist of time!!!!!
I love Dr Rodriguez he's such a nice man and so patient with us LOL!! It's always a pleasure seeing him and he is such a knowledgeable doctor I'll never go to anyone else for my eyes!! Plus the ladies at the front desk are always kind.
