Dr. Arntzen is hands down the kindest and most compassionate derm or doctor I’ve ever seen. She’s attentive and thorough when conducting a skin check and caught a pre cancer in my toe that some may have overlooked. You truly get the sense that she genuinely cares about her patients far beyond what they bring monetarily. Since I first started seeing her 15 years ago, I’ve moved from West Seattle. Now, because I won’t go to see anyone else, I make the hour plus drive in traffic and she’s worth every minute.

Told me I needed to see another doctor in the practice, apologized for wasting my time, saying she wouldn't charge me, and suggested a prescription in the interim. I was charged and followed up repeatedly with no response. On third try, got a live person who informed me Dr Arntzen doesn't recall the conversation and a prescription was written. They reluctantly offered a refund if I didn't see the value. Paid my bill in full and left the practice. Can't trust a doctor who goes back on her word

Excellent care. She found my melanoma when most people could see nothing! She is very thorough.

Called to schedule appointment as a new patient today and was told the first appointment would be in September. This is June!!!! What if I have a cancerous lesion that needs immediate attention? Seriously? Cannot give a rating on doctor because cannot be seen early enough. A great profession for your children to go into!!!!
