Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Westside Dermatology and got in right away. The front desk staff; PA and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. Russo was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!
First let me say why I rated it a 2 and actually that was hard to give .... but there were some of the staff that was helpful .... ok, I went with my daughter, 46 yrs. old, to her appt. which was scheduled with DR. GORDON RUSSO ... once in the room the nurse came in and did what they do and we were told he would be right in, unfortunately here walks in a young lady, Ms. Sullivan, not a word of why Dr. Russo wasn't there nor did she introduce herself as a physician asst. We figured so and the nurse confirmed it --- well, let ... read more
