My First Visit – First Impressions: - I was able to get the appointment I wanted with only 2 days notice. - The Staff were friendly and efficient - The paperwork was minimal, Yea! - The Wait time was under 10mins - Dr Subrt was friendly and explained everything very clearly - The treatment was painless - I got exactly what I wanted - I would recommend them to everyone

Good doctor and all visits have been positive – I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Subrt for approximately 4 years with different issues each time (eczema, moles and bites). One mole he did remove, the other he said was not necessary so we decided not to have it removed. He explained why is wasn't necesary. Each visit required some waiting but not long and not any longer than most doctor's offices. The wait in the room once taken back, was not a long wait either. I can't imagine going to anyone else but Dr. Subrt. – I have been going to Dr. Subrt for years....I cannot imagine anyone posting anything negative about him. He is fantastic....I usually see him 2 to 3 times a year or more and never have any problem getting an appt...and the wait to see him is never that long when I get there. He listens to all my concerns and I never feel rushed by him. I highly recommend him.. If you are in need of a great dermatologist, you cannot find a better one! frustrating experience – When offered a 4pm appointment, I was assured I would be seen at 4pm and out by 4:45pm latest since I had to be at work at 5:00pm nearby. I waited until 4:45 and informed the office staff I would have to reschedule to which they replied that I could be seen now. I decided to stay and be few minutes late to work. I was there to have several moles removed. I went to Dr. Subrt by recommendation of my personal Doctor... I have some kind of allergy in my back and nose, After I was waiting forever finally Dr. Subrt show up, he didn't care of what I told him and he almost didn't see my back (only because I asked him if he want to see it) and just told me that I have acne (34 years old) he wrote the recipe and he left... was a very disappointed experience. And the worst part is that he still get the money from my insurance and my copey...

Not that great – First off, I arrived ON TIME only to sit in the waiting room for almost an hour. Then I was taken to another room where I waited another 15 minutes. Finally, Dr. Subrt shows up and hastily listens to what I have to say, writes two prescriptions and leaves. The place had a real cattle-herd feel to it. It was like he quintuple books patients and the faster they are processed, the more money is made. It is a good business plan if you find enough patients to fill up your schedule but I didn't like the experience... read more
