This dental practice is unethical in the fees charged and their billing practices. They billed $400 for 5 minutes of the doctor's time to fix a broken filling - no novocaine needed, simply cosmetic. They repeatedly misrepresented my copay amount, leaving me to pay over $500 for a cleaning and this one procedure and I have dental insurance, which they assured me they accepted.
