Same problem as Julie. They never call back when they say they will. Bad care that led to unnecessary suffering. THEY DON'T CARE
DO NOT GO HERE! I received BAD advice/care that led to unnecessary suffering and out of pocket costs since I needed to see another dentist for an emergency procedure (additional visit & X-rays). What I am the most upset about is THEY DON’T CARE. They do NOT have an emergency number/service over the weekend and when I left a message on Sat, they NEVER called back. When I called on Tuesday to ask for a manager/someone in charge I was told I would receive a call back and never did. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
