I like this location, office, admin assistant, and Dr. Kara. They are non-judgmental, helpful, told me how to get through to them, offer assistance in between appointments, have ice water and bathrooms. Walkable area with library and village buildings. Mall is right there. Office is quiet and not overwhelming. I really like it here so far. Works with your insurance and special needs/situation with expertise and respect.

We have two kiddos who have received services through Westside at Wheaton South. My older son has been in speech/feeding therapy (with Ms Kaelin) and recently started occupational therapy (Ms. Sarah). My youngest son has been in physical therapy for about a year with Ms. Brittany and Ms. Allie. The therapists are knowledgeable, understanding, and truly care about my boys! The receptionist, Ms. Megan, is always warm, caring, and a joy to interact with. We cannot recommend Westside enough! They have become like family
