Karen is rood. This is the 2nd time that she has hung up in my face. This time I called about my w2 and she got so upset and I even asked is everything okay I didn't understand why she was talking to me the way she was and then she said oh well about my w2 and said that her and her husband did not make copies and she hung up in my face.
They're great staff and know what they're doing.
