I have been reaching out to get a simple clearance from this office. The medical assistant for Dr. Mock never returns our calls or simply fax back the medical clearance for the patient. Unfortunately, we have to cancel our patients surgery appointment which has been on the schedule for over a month. This is one of the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. Westside Cardiology is the WORST, the medical staff is unprofessional and unorganized. On my first visit I had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor, this is with all my forms being filled out, and then the Medical Assistant (MA) treats me like I'm stupid. As I'm taking off my jacket to place it in the chair the MA says "No I'm going to have you sit on the exam chair". Really!?! Can a girl just take off her jacket?
