Happy with the overall repairs on my truck. Overall had a great experience with Caliber Collision, with the help of Brian. That said, found a couple small problems with truck. There was a clear coat run, some interior panels were missing the plastic tabs that I found in the center console, and a new scratch on the hood of the truck.
I’ll never use you again. 2/2 times my car did not come back to me in the original condition. This seal is no longer on my windshield, and my passenger door feels like it's fighting a lot more friction than the other doors. And someone decided to hook up a payment system that doesn’t even work and I almost missed my appointment. I didn't have time to go over the car with someone, but even if I did I have never in my life pulled on a seal of a windshield before leaving a body shop to make sure it was glued down.
