Went in person to get a quote and because I already had an appointment scheduled through insurance the service advisor at this location said that he could not provide me a written quote. I wanted a quote because if my insurance claim fell through I needed to know the out of pocket cost. Was able to walk into three other collision shops very close to this one and got quotes emailed to me the same day.
Very honest and upfront after I was in an accident. The front desk was very helpful and friendly with all my questions as well. Highly recommend coming here
