I see Dr. Palmer and she is fantastic. Very professional, caring and responsive to my needs. A real genuine feeling of care. The front office staff is always professional and nice. Yes, a little costly. However, all medical costs are high these days. Mt health is important and good care comes with a price in the U.S.A.
The counselors don't seem to care much about your problems as they do the almighty dollar. Once I was placed on medication, every month I needed to make time around the Doctor's schedule (not my work schedule), pay my $15.00 co-pay (God knows what they charged insurance) for a 5 minute session of "How are the meds working?" My answer, "They seem to be ok." Then schedule the next month's appointment and I was out of there.
