I am a past patient for the West Side Behavioral Group. My experience was not a good one. I went looking for help and wasted my time. I went to receive counseling service that would turn out to be a 40 minute visit. The NP would call me with telehealth med visits and never remembered me or took me seriously. I finally had the correct testing done elsewhere saw a psychiatrist and am bipolar. After cancelling my ties with Westside a week prior to my Med visit., NP still contacted me for a visit.
