This place is by far one of the top notch shops I’ve dealt with. They are very courteous, polite and professional. Randy has over 30 yrs exp. and the office lady, Kirsten I think, is so sweet. I met Chris the owner and you won’t meet another more down to earth person. The work and the information Randy gave me was on point. This is my shop from now on and it’s less than 5min from my house. Randy worked for dealerships for the past 20 years and he's an honest man, a great mechanic, and easy to deal with. I'm pleased that he opened this shop and I would encourage anyone to go to him with any basic needs. He's worked on my brakes, oil, rotation and balance, mounted tires for me... Everything is perfect.
I went to get a diagnostic ONLY. The receptionist told me what was wrong with my car when the mechanic was done looking over it. She priced the parts for me so I told her Nevermind I would just have my husband do it bc I would save money that way and he works on cars. I tried to pay for my diagnostic when she told me to hold on because the mechanic was still making sure nothing else was wrong with my car. I was confused but I waited. First class honest mechanics. Took vehicle to a Dealer and they were triple the price, that should tell you everything you need to know about honest mechanics. I never do reviews but with service like this I hope the lines are not too long for my next service…
Westside automotive did a fantastic job! Couldn’t really diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle, so I took it up to them and they took care of everything for a great price! Had me out an driving the next day couldn’t recommend them enough!
