Have only taken my vehicles here for tire mounting as I turn my own wrenches this last time will be my last as they snapped 2 of my wheel studs and tried blaming me saying I over torqued them I used hand tools to remove and install them the only way they would be able to snap a wheel stud would be a pneumatic impact gun turning the wrong direction on top of their inexperienced staff which I had to explain to them how suspension works when they tried telling me my balljoints were installed incorrectly and finally agreed with ... read more
Since moving to Hartford 2 years ago, there is only one place I have taken my Jeep to when serious repair issues crop up, and that is the folks at Westside Auto Center. I have gotten terrific service from them every time. Most recently, my alternator went and really put me in a bind and Westside didn't hesitate to get me back on the road again as quickly as possible. They really went the extra mile for me and I won't forget that. Thank you all for your great customer service and repair!

Been customers for a few years. Always trust the staff and feel that they are not out to pull a scam, as we've experienced at other local shops. Went in today with transmission issues and was told that we are better off returning to dealer and trying to get it covered under warranty. They even called the dealer to help assist. They easily could have took on the job themselves, which could have been a very costly charge to us. Always appreciate the honesty and will keep our business here.
