Cockroaches, great for a month or two, not good for a year lease. $850 a month for a studio all inclusive. Yelling and screaming, it was a miserable time for my wife and I. Smells like smoke and weed, banging and crashing next door. Train every 20 mins. I’m so glad my wife and I left Redding and was able to afford buying a house. We’re loving life now.
They seem to be trying hard to make them nice, they just chose the wrong neighborhood to do it. Sadly
