Dr. Purcell and his staff are wonderful. They genuinely cared about Oz and the pain and distress he was in. At the end of a busy day they fit us in, took their time and explained exactly what was going on. And this was the first time he saw Oz as his regular vet was too busy. I will be transferring all of my pet care needs to Westside Animal Hospital!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your glowing recommendation! We're so glad we were able to help you and Oz. We hope he's feeling much better!!! We look forward to working with your family in the future! ❤
As first time customers we were very pleased with the care our April had. They assured us she would be well taken care and said we could call any time. They took the time to comfort me as well as our pet. We also appreciated the Thank you card we received. We felt our pet was well taken care of.
Business response:
April was such a sweet girl during her stay with us! The pleasure truly was all ours! We look forward to working with your family in the future. ❤🐶

So Dr Purcell suggested that he should keep her overnight so ... read more
They have a point system, that if I used it, would have cut my bill in half. I found out after I paid in full.
i absolutely recommend them. we take our two cats to them all of the time. the staff is amazing and i love that dr purcell takes the time to speak with you about the issues
Dr Purcell was thorough and kind. His staff caring and thorough. I will go back there again.
No excuse for doing that to a four legged family member.
